This app contains the parayana (chanting) of Tamil and Sanskrit verses conducted every day at Sri Ramanasramam, Tiruvannamalai. The parayana are the poetic works of Sri Ramana Maharshi. The receitation of these works at Sri Ramanasramam started in 1920 and continues to the present date at the ashram. For the ease of the devotees English transliterations of the verses are provided along with the orginal Tamil and Sanskrit verses. Like mantras this skillfully crafted verses work on the mind of the person in a mysterious and powerful way bestowing understanding and wisdom on the reader.
