The decision to stop smoking
it is not always easy, it requires
planning, commitment
and support. Although, many people think
in quitting smoking, they may feel
lost, because they don't know which is the first
step to take or do not feel able
to quit smoking due to lack of
cigarette or previous attempts that
they didn't work out. In addition, many
people run into the lack of support either
of family members and/or friends who smoke
who are offering cigarettes, smoking
close or who don't believe they
will actually quit smoking.
