This Workout timer will cycle through the INTERVAL PERIODS and REST PERIODS alternately.

The INTERVAL PERIOD time and the REST PERIOD time you can set yourself before you begin the timer

During the workout, the timer will tell you the interval you are currently on

During each INTERVAL PERIOD a pause button will appear so you can stop and resume from where you left off if required
