The Agentes do Coração app came to support health professionals and those interested in caring for the hypertensive population. That's because it gathers basic information about Systemic Arterial Hypertension, as well as tips on prevention. It is an informative and formative APP, a basic training on the topic.

It is part of the Taking Care of Your Heart project, an initiative of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo, accelerated by the Novartis Foundation and supported by national and international organizations, such as the American Heart Association (AHA), the Cardiology Society of the State of São Paulo (SOCESP), the Brazilian Society of Hypertension (SBH), the Samaritan Association, APS Santa Marcelina, among others - in addition to the Tellus Institute, as an implementing partner.
