Accurate time tracking and compliance is key to project costing and converting time to full time equivalents so it can be measured and analyzed by project, program, collaborator and more. The mobile app is used by employees who input time, managers who approve time, administrators who monitor status of compliance, as well as executives analyzing resource consumption by project, over time and across the whole organization.
Input time is easy! Employees have access to a central list of projects and build their own list with a few clicks. Project Effort can be input either by percentages or in hours. The company decides if time should be recorded by day, week, half month or month as well as it formulates specific business and validation rules configured into the app. The user-friendly UI supports consistent time collection across the organization.
Approving time is quick! Managers have immediate access to review and approve the time submitted by their direct reports and the ability to email employees from the app with any question or comments.
Compliance is monitored with efficiency! Administrators responsible to enforce compliance with Company time lines and procedures have a clear view of the input and approval status and can take immediate action via emails.
