Just The Weather is a small, simple to use, weather app that is appropriately named as it provides Just The Weather. There are no weather discussion groups and certainly no way to take pictures of rain clouds to share with the world. Just The Weather provides accurate, local, and timely weather when you need it.
The Just The Weather app can follow the weather of as many locations as you choose. A simple "At-a-Glance" view summarizes the current conditions for all locations, and each location can be clicked to get the day and night forecasts for the next 7 days. You can also view hourly temperature and precipitation predictions as well as up-to-date radar images (which can also be animated) on a interactive Google map for all of North America.
Our Weather Widget provides a simple home screen interface to get the weather most relevant to you. You can configure it in "Current Location" mode such that it provides your local weather (based on your devices location) or for any other location you choose. You can always deny the app access to your location and then the Weather Widget will only provide weather for configured locations.
All weather data is provided by NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) which maintains thousands of local weather stations throughout the United States.
Note that as this app relies on weather data from NOAA, it can only provide weather for the the United States and its territories.
