The driver the collector and a supervisor can see in real time what is happening. They can all message each other in the app and in the online portal. When the collection is complete, a minute-by-minute and step by step report is available with images of the CCF and shipping waybill. If applicable the driver and collector can take pictures of the scene and load it into the report.
