The KDoQ Order Manager application is perfect for monitoring your store's operations in real time, wherever you are, much more easily.

With it you can accept, track, send and cancel orders, filter the details of each one and monitor the performance of your store.

The 4 ordering steps are here as tabs at the bottom, we will go through each of them quickly for you.

But before we start, let me explain a little about how it works.
Orders appear to you as a list of orders, always with the most current order first.
Each order shows its most important details such as Order value, customer name, address.
If you want more details, just click on the order and more information will appear for you.

Oh, it's worth remembering that you can receive a new order at any time, so if that happens, you will receive a notice like the one above.


Now let's talk about the first step, the New orders tab, where you receive new orders, in this tab you can accept an order or reject it.


Now go to the preparation tab, here are your orders that have already been accepted and are in your kitchen being prepared for your customer,
At this point you can mark them as Ready or send them for delivery.


In the next tab, there are Ready orders, that is, those that are awaiting collection from the customer or waiting for the delivery person to be sent to your customer.
The options for you here are to mark them as Delivered or Dispatch if your delivery person has already left with the order.

And finally, the last tab is for orders in transit, which are those that are being taken to your customer.
And here you can mark your order as delivered


We also have the Other options tab where you can also check your orders that have already been delivered and orders that have been cancelled.
It is worth remembering that in these two options we only display the last 100 orders already delivered or cancelled.
