GPower is an app to help companies and organisations measure and analyse the current status of gender equality internally in their workplace, free of cost. This app emphasises the fact that gender equality is beyond just achieving an equal number of men and women in an organisation. It contributes to the Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality. Gender equality at the workplace refers to the equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities of women and men in employment (UN 2013).
