Teachers & Staff members can also use this App to access different official information like their profile, Paid Salary Details, Income Tax as well as library Usage details etc IF and Only IF shared by School/Institution Authorities.
Teachers/Staff members can also use the same app to Enter Student attendance while sitting in the class directly in less time then marking in the attendance register manually which can directly access by parents using EIMIS e Parent App.
Teacher/Staff member can also use the app to Enter marks obtained by the student in any examination with comfort in their home.
Same App can be used in future to do various management related tasks and to apply for Leaves by Teachers/Staff member directly to the management instead of applying manually, thus helps School/Institution management to manage efficiently.
Apps features are of dynamic nature and can be switched off and on by School/Institution management as per their requirement/wish.
For installation :
- user can download the app from Play Store
- choose the respective Institution
- verify their Identity using Employee No, Date Of Birth, Mobile No, Email Id with data provided by their selected Institution.
-After verification they will receive an OTP for verification.
- After successful verification user can login using their web user name and web password (Used for school website/Online ERP login).
-From thereon they can directly access online data shared by Institution using this app.
