With this app, promoters can initiate and manage a retake from start to finish:

Initiate the transaction from the store.

Capture the IMEI of the device to be evaluated.

Generate a QR code to link to the functional evaluation.

Check the offered price in real time.

Record the cosmetic condition of the device.

Collect the customer's personal data securely.

Complete the transaction in a secure and structured manner.

This app works in conjunction with "Retoma – Analyzer," which performs functional testing of the device. Both must be used as part of the same process, in a synchronized manner.
