The app first independently carries out the complete start with a 5-minute start signal, flag display and start countdown. Early start, lane shortening and finish will be flagged and displayed on all boats. Then the number of laps sailed is determined automatically and finally the target rating (with yardstick calculation) for all boats. All course variants are supported. In addition, kangaroo regattas can also be started and scored.

With the help of the app, messages can be sent to all participants before the regatta. The app also receives all Mayday calls and displays the position on a map.

It is also possible to record the position of the buoys on the water (using the GPS function of the iPhone) and in this way set the regatta course.
