This game was designed to assist professionals in carrying out activities related to the preceptorship of Family Health Residency courses, so that they can keep updated the main concepts, competences and skills that need to be worked with residents in order to promote differentiated professional training. and qualified for SUS.

This game comes from a professional master's thesis, which found that many professionals who occupy the role of preceptor do not yet have adequate training to perform this activity, making it difficult to define their duties, and interfering with their social recognition.

Its objective is to promote reflection on the role of the preceptor and on the attributions that are responsible for this function, as well as to verify the knowledge of the preceptors on the competences and skills that need to be developed in the training of resident nurses.
