A new offer available to home help services, the Actiduo project allows elderly people in services to regularly practice gentle physical activity supervised by their usual home help. Professionals then jointly benefit from the expected benefits of regular physical activity. Strengthening the caregiver-helped relationship, enhancing self-esteem and well-being are thus sought through practice: the objective is to positively impact the quality of life of people, but also the quality of life at the work of professionals, having a rebound overall impact on the structure. Thus, Actiduo aims to offer simple, shared physical activity sessions at home for users of home help services. The sessions are led by home help service employees and last 20 or 30 minutes. They are carried out with retired beneficiaries. It is an accessible physical activity, which can be compared to mobilization or relaxation. The sessions are guided by a mobile application created specifically for this project. The exercises were designed by health professionals and adapted physical activity. Home help service employees undergo training beforehand to familiarize themselves with using the application.
