As an admin you can choose your desk capacity per day. Employees are identified by using their OAuth credentials and they can simply sign up for a desk in advance. If capacity fills up, they can place themselves on waitlist. As cancellations happen, employees will be moved from waitlist into a reserved spot.
When they come into the office, they will be asked to check-in. We offer a series of questions that they need to answer before they are allowed inside the office. No need to hack envoy or other systems to make check-in process work with your employees.
