If the answer is yes, get ready to leave by participating in DiscoverEU, the European Union initiative and action of the Erasmus+ programme, thanks to which you will be able to receive a PASS to travel by train across the continent.
Take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the possibility of moving around in complete freedom, better understanding the diversity of Europe, appreciating its cultural richness, making new friends and, above all, discovering yourself. The EU has chosen to focus this initiative exclusively on young people who turn 18, because this is an age that marks an important step towards adulthood and European citizenship!
You will almost always travel by train. You will therefore be able to admire the continuous succession of different and interesting cities and landscapes that our continent has to offer. To give you the chance to discover our continent far and wide, the ticket will also allow you to take other means of transport, such as buses and ferries. In exceptional cases and when no other means are available, you can also take the plane. In this way, even young people who live in the most remote areas or on islands will be able to participate.
