Rete di Argento is an application aimed at encouraging the involvement of the self-sufficient elderly population over 65 years of age, in the reference area of the Municipality of Perugia, with the aim of encouraging their participation in a correct active aging process and the prevention of the condition of loneliness. The partnership that collaborated on the project is characterized by the presence of multi-sectoral stakeholders, with a high level of knowledge of the socio-territorial context, great skills on the topic of active aging and a strong capillarity across the territory.
The application is aimed at searching, consulting and providing all the necessary information regarding the structures and related services offered in the reference area to the target population over 65 years of age. It is possible to perform the search through three different channels: by consulting a list of facilities, using predefined categories of services or searching on the map using a geographical proximity criterion.
