RFH Wellness+ is a platform designed to empower diabetic patients in managing their blood sugar levels effectively. Developed for both patients and healthcare providers, the platform integrates technology to track and analyse blood glucose readings with precision and ease. RFH Wellness+ offers a user-friendly interface that allows seamless logging of blood sugar levels, meal information, medication intake, and physical activity. It provides personalised insights and trends, enabling users to make informed decisions about their health and lifestyle choices. The platform also facilitates seamless communication between patients and their doctors. Healthcare providers can access patient data, monitor trends over time, and provide timely interventions and guidance. This collaborative approach ensures that patients receive tailored recommendations and support to achieve optimal blood sugar control and overall health improvement. The platform is designed to incorporate more specialities in the coming years.
