The Valley Lift Connect app is designed for riders who are eligible for ADA paratransit and helps you schedule trips so you can travel more independently. You can plan trips up to 30 days in advance or request a same-day will-call ride when your appointment ends.

The app lets you add companions or a personal care attendant (PCA), update trip details and get real-time notifications so you always know when your ride is on the way.

Service Hours are Monday – Friday 5:00 a.m. to 8:20 p.m. and serves all areas within ¾ mile of an RVTD bus stop with service in Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Talent, Phoenix, White City and nearby areas. Each one-way trip costs $4.00, with your PCA riding free and companions paying the $4.00 fare.
