- When booking your trip, you will receive an estimated vehicle arrival time. The driver's estimated arrival time will be automatically updated as your vehicle arrives to meet you.
- When your driver arrives, they will help you board the vehicle. Don't forget to validate your ticket!
- There may be other people on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way!
