The Health Education System for Posbindu PTM Health Cadres (SPK3) is an application program designed to increase the competency of Posbindu PTM cadres in dealing with non-communicable diseases (PTM).

SPK3 Posbindu PTM contains features about several non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke, cancer, asthma, heart disease, gout and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), health check steps and simple laboratory values.

The aim of the SPK3 Posbindu PTM application is to make it easier for Posbindu PTM cadres to provide health education to the community.
