The Landslide Inventory App is an official mobile application developed under the authority of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) to support the systematic collection and reporting of landslide events across Bangladesh. This app empowers local communities, trained volunteers, and expert personnel (subject to the request) to document landslide occurrences using real-time data and geo-location technology.
Designed to improve landslide risk understanding and early warning capabilities, the app plays a critical role in disaster risk reduction and anticipatory action planning.
