Simply apply for the electronic patient record (ePA) of your BKK24. This is provided to you free of charge. By using the electronic patient file, you always have an overview of your health data. The patient file is your personal digital storage location, like a safe that only you have the key to. You decide what data you want to add and which people you want to authorize access to. This means you always have your medical documents to hand during treatment appointments and can share them with practices and facilities if necessary. The laborious management of paper documents is now a thing of the past. The patient file makes your life easier and at the same time relieves the burden on those involved in the healthcare system!

The development and approval of electronic patient files is subject to strict legal requirements, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As BKK24, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, unique personal identification is required. There are several options you can choose from during the registration process.
