The “ePA BKK Diakonie” app is the central portal for everything related to your health. It offers you access to various functions and services
and offers that can all be used independently of one another. The heart of the system is the electronic patient record (ePA).

You can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone using the app:

• Important documents always at hand
• Edit contents of the file
• Set access rights

The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and
Insights about your health. It makes it easier to exchange knowledge – including between you and your treating doctors
and doctors. Sharing EHR content speeds up communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

E-prescription
