The "my BKK W&F ePA" app is the central portal for all your health needs. It provides you with access to various functions, services, and offers, all of which can be used independently of one another. The electronic patient record (ePA) forms the core of the system.

Using the app, you can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone:
• Important documents always at your fingertips
• Edit file contents
• Set access rights
• Track access

The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and
information about your health. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

E-Prescription

Use the e-Prescription function to manage your prescriptions: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still outstanding. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly within the app.
