With the electronic patient record (ePA), you always have an overview of your health data. Previously, your records were stored in your respective doctors' files, and you had no access to this information. This changes with the electronic patient record: Whether it's doctor's reports, blood tests, x-rays, vaccination records, or your dental bonus booklet, all of your medical documents are securely stored in one central location - the ePA.
The IKK BB ePA app is the central portal for all your health data. It offers you free access to various functions, services, and offers.
The ePA
The electronic patient record is at its heart. The ePA is the digital storage location for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and information related to your health. Thanks to the app, you have the files stored in the ePA – for example, important medical findings – at your fingertips anytime, anywhere. At the same time, you can manage the contents of your ePA yourself, e.g., view, upload, delete, or set access rights.
The IKK BB ePA app gives you flexible access to your ePA and individual management of your health records:
• Important documents are always at your fingertips
• You can manage the contents of your file independently
• You can set access rights
• Access and changes are displayed in the log
The e-prescription
Use the e-prescription function to manage your prescriptions: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still open. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly in the app.
Many other functions and options
In addition to the ePA and the e-prescription, the IKK BB ePA app offers you many more functions. After installation, the welcome tour guides you through the various areas and functions.
Recommended services that we redirect you to in the app:
• The IKK BB app: With our other app – the IKK BB app – you can use additional online services, e.g., manage your data, retrieve certificates, search for branches, or contact our customer service directly.
