With the electronic patient record (ePA), you manage your medical health data yourself. You can decide which diagnoses and documents are stored and whether you want to share these records with a doctor or therapist.

Store your X-ray images, laboratory findings or medication plans so that specialists and general practitioners, dentists, therapists and hospitals can act faster and more specifically if necessary. This may eliminate the need for double or multiple examinations and health risks can be identified quickly. You also document your own medical history, such as operations and family history - and keep an eye on everything relevant.

Use the e-prescription function to redeem and manage your prescriptions. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly via the app.

- Organ donation register: Document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation in the central register of the Federal Center for Health Education.
