"Concejo Rosario" is an application that allows residents of the city of Rosario to know the daily activities carried out by the municipal legislative body.
The functionalities provided by the app are the following:

✔ News: allows you to know the most relevant daily news of parliamentary activity, as well as the different topics discussed in the Work Commissions

✔ Price Contest: provides information on the Price Contests carried out by the Council, allowing the citizen to know the details of each one of them

✔ Tenders: displays a list of all the Tenders (public and private) launched by the Council, allowing the citizen to know the details of each of them

✔ Live Session: allows you to view the live sessions of the City Council through its streaming channel

It is important to note that "Concejo Rosario" is not an official app of the Council, however, all the content displayed by the application is obtained from the official page of the Municipal Council of the City of Rosario.

This project was born with the premise of contributing a grain of sand to the policies of Open Data and Civic Technologies that are currently being implemented in the great metropolises of the world, and which aim to promote participatory democracy. and transparent, promoting continuous interaction between the public sector and citizens.
