This application can communicate with a Bluetooth device as a server or client using RFCOMM socket known as the Serial Port Profile(SPP).

The application creates a server socket to wait for a connection from a client. When a client connects to the server, they can send and receive messages to each other.
Using a light sensor, the application measures the light level and sends a value to the client, like a light sensor of Arduino. You can use this app to implement an IoT edge server collecting sensor data from sensors without a real sensors.

As a Bluetooth client, this application is Bluetooth terminal to communicate with Bluetooth server such as Arduino with Bluetooth module. This application shows paired device list, search new devices and pairs a new device. You can send and receive messages with a connected device.
