With the new development of the Trassen Defender app from Deutsche Telekom, damage to Telekom lines can be reported quickly and easily using selection menus, GPS location and the upload function for photos. Furthermore, the temporary suspension of above-ground cables, for example for tree work, can be reported. You will receive a complete summary of your report by email for your own archiving. A call to the hotline is then no longer necessary.

Mit der Neuentwicklung der Trassen Defender App der Deutschen Telekom, lassen sich Beschädigungen an den Leitungen der Telekom schnell und unkompliziert über Auswahlmenüs, GPS-Standort und die Upload-Funktion für Fotos melden. Weiterhin kann das temporäre Abhängen von oberirdischen Kabeln, für z.B. Baumarbeiten, gemeldet werden. Zur eigenen Archivierung erhalten Sie eine komplette Zusammenfassung Ihrer Meldung per Mail. Ein Anruf bei der Hotline ist dann nicht mehr nötig.
