Your Annual Cash Bonus (ACB) is calculated using:

Your base pay.
Your target bonus opportunity.
Your overall performance factor.

If your individual performance factor is 0, then you will receive no ACB.
If your individual performance factor is 0.5, then your ACB will be 50% of your target rate.

Currently following countries can use this app:
UK, US, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.

Other countries will be added during next update/upgrade.
