This application aims to increase the number of postpartum mothers who are ready to maintain reproductive health. Through the identification and stratification of problems, the low number of postpartum mothers who are ready to maintain reproductive health is a major problem in maternity care. Some of the dominant causes are wrong family traditions, lack of knowledge of officers, lack of patient knowledge, postpartum health education is not integrated with long-term reproductive health, boring counseling, and too much content in ABPK.
