The Single Business Registry (RUE) referred to in article 11 of Law 590 of 2000, which integrated the Mercantile Registry and the Single Registry of Bidders, will incorporate and integrate the following records:

Register of Non-Profit Entities
National Public Registry of sellers of Games of Luck and Chance
Public Registry of Citizen Oversight
National Registry of Tourism
Registry of Non-Profit Foreign Private Law Entities
Register of the Solidarity Economy


The Single Business and Social Registry -RUES-, is administered by the Chambers of Commerce according to criteria of efficiency, economy and good faith, to provide the State, society in general, businessmen, contractors, entities solidarity economy and non-profit entities a reliable unified information tool both nationally and internationally.
