This is a free health education app about contraception and there are no any in-app purchases included in the app. This is a common application for both Doctors and Consumers (patients) that allows them to get details about contraceptive, provides detailed information about different types of contraceptive methods available in the market to keep them safe and healthy.
RxPrism will be providing the Code to the doctors that allows the doctor to complete the registration process. Post registration, doctors will be assigned with a doctor code that they will be able to see after successful registration. These codes can be shared to their patients that allows their patients to key-in and get connected through the app. This will allow the doctor to manage appointments with their patients. Application provides features to doctor to accept and disconnect with patients, to view patient profile info, accept and reject appointment request send by patients. Doctors have an option to update the clinic details, working hours and contact information that will help the patients to know the doctors availability and location of practice during the specific duration. Doctors have an option to cancel one or many appointments on a specific day. As soon as the appointment is cancelled, the respective patients will receive a notification to keep them posted about the cancellation
Consumers or patients can download the app and complete the registration process to create an account. On successful account creation, consumer/patient can view educational materials about contraception. They can set and manage contraceptive pill reminders (sheet of 21 pills), view the complete history of different pill sheets that they have used using this app. Reminders will be sent as push notification or as an alert when users are using the app. Using the code provided by the doctor, they can get connected with the doctor to manage their appointment with doctor. Consumer/patient has an option to view doctor’s availability or slot, call the respective clinic or doctor (using cellular call), and view clinic address. Patient can get disconnected with the doctor using the disconnect option that is available after they have got connected with the doctor.
