BAÇEM processes and presents the natural products obtained from the fertile lands of Balıkesir, under the supervision of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Rural Services Department.
BAÇEM, affiliated with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Rural Services Department, was established in Burhaniye Börezli rural area in 2015, in order to carry out agricultural training and publication activities to increase the knowledge and awareness of farmers in the phase of identification, dissemination and evaluation of existing and alternative agricultural products in order to ensure economic mobility in rural areas. It was established on an area of ​​114 decares. In 2017, the building and infrastructure works were completed and the landscaping of the surrounding area was completed and it started its activities.
BAÇEM supports increasing the knowledge and awareness of farmers by providing various training opportunities on plant cultivation and olive cultivation as well as production.
