This app helps wards admin keep track of solid waste management in their ward.They have multiple vendor working in their areas. Vendors can manage their customers, track payments made by customers, and easily send schedules for when vehicles will pick up waste. Both vendors and municipality admins can send alerts or messages to targeted customers, wards, area codes, or any category (such as schools, hospitals, cafes, etc.) as needed.
Each customer registered with a vendor has a distinct login. They can log into the app using the card number and mobile number provided by the relevant vendor. Customers can view their payment history or notices broadcasted by either the waste vendor. Customer can also send feedback or complaints to the concerned vendor. Additionally, customers can request waste collection if there is uncollected waste in a particular area.
Customers can see the live location of waste collection vehicles during their trips. They can view the live status on Google Maps, including the number of vehicles, the driver inside, and the phone number of the concerned person.
