Born in 1982 in Jamaica, Busy Signal, whose real name Reanno Gordon, will grow between the Tivoli Gardens neighborhood, Papine and Spanish Town. Like many artists, he started very young by singing in church and by imitating his favorite artists, including Bounty Killer, who later became his mentor. He begins to make a name on the Jamaican scene in 2003, but in 2005 it really explodes with "Step Out" absolute hit of this year, missed the charts and clubs for a while. It integrates quickly enough the crew of Bounty Killer, the Alliance.
