Macrobiotics
This type of food is a biological and physiological application of the principle of Yin and Yang, in which every thing is balanced by these two forces respecting, in each case, a certain proportion.

Macrobiotic it is considered that the process of assimilation of food is a decomposition mechanism carried through the digestion: ingested substances decompose until extraction of each molecular element to be introduced into the blood, which feed each cell body. Accordingly, all food is too far from fixed composition of the blood you need a larger digestive effort, and the body must be weary in order to transform, which, ultimately, can end up causing disease.
