SCHOOL LIAISON GUINEE (SLG) aims to be the means of communication by which parents will receive information on their student's performance at the end of each school day coming directly from their school supervisors. Four actions are identified to be regularly notified to the parent concerning their student: their attendance in class, their behavior within the establishment, their participation in classes and their averages obtained in the various tests and evaluations.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIONS
Such as a management dashboard or road traffic lights, notifications reach the parent with three distinctive and meaningful colors, namely, green to indicate the student's good situation at school, yellow as a warning and red to alert you to the critical level of the student's situation. Statistics are generated for each action as notifications are received to clearly show the prevailing situation. These indications will allow the parent to take appropriate measures for each situation, either to maintain it or to improve it. The actions are subdivided as follows:
• Attendance in class
Attendance – for the student being present in class during all class hours of the day. (A student who misses only one class will be marked as absent for the day.)
Absence – for the student being absent from class during one or all of the taught subjects of the day.
Authorized absence – for the student having authorization from the school management to be absent for justified reason.
• Behavior within the establishment
Good behavior – for the student who has demonstrated good behavior throughout the school day.
Misbehavior – for the student who has engaged in misbehavior at some point during the school day. (In class as well as on school grounds.)

• Course participation

Average participation – for the student who will have done their homework and class homework and followed lessons throughout the day seriously, but has not had any interaction in class or asked questions or answered questions. questions.
Low participation – for the student who did not do his homework and class homework and attended classes distractedly (chattering, etc.), and did not ask or answer questions.
(Low participation will be notified for the day for any student who has active participation in one subject and low participation in another.)
R.A.S. participation – for the student who has been marked as absent for the day.
• Averages for different tests and evaluations (Depending on availability of results)
