The department in charge will check the contents of the report and carry out repairs and emergency measures according to the degree of urgency. Thank you for your cooperation.

◆ How to use the app
① If you find a damaged part of the facility, etc., turn on the GPS function and start “Pa!
② Select "Notify by email". Follow the instructions on the screen and take two photos.
③ Add location information such as damaged parts, select the situation, and send it by e-mail as it is!

◆ When using the app
・Depending on the time of day, we may not be able to respond immediately.
・Please note that the city will acquire the user's personal information (email address and location information) by "report by e-mail". The acquired personal information will be managed in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
・Please be aware of your surroundings and make sure it is safe when shooting.
