Accessbility Permission usecase:
Eazemax assists users, especially those with mobility challenges or difficulty performing repetitive actions, in sending pre-selected or can select also files and messages through WhatsApp. Files are obtained from the user’s account on our secure server, stored locally, and sent only after the user taps “Send.”
How Accessibility Service Is Used:
Once the user taps “Send” in our app, Accessibility Service navigates WhatsApp, attaches the selected files, and sends the message to the chosen recipient(s).
The automation runs only for the duration of the sending process.
As soon as the task is completed, the Accessibility Service actions stop immediately, ensuring the service is not active unnecessarily.
Why This Is Accessibility-Related:
For users with mobility impairments or other accessibility challenges, opening WhatsApp, selecting files, and sending them can require multiple, repetitive gestures. This app reduces those steps, enabling easier communication.
Privacy:
All data (messages, files, recipients) stays local to the device.
No data is collected or transmitted to third parties.
Accessibility events are used solely for the declared assistive purpose.
In-App Disclosure & Consent:
Before enabling Accessibility Service, the app displays:
“This app uses the Accessibility Service API to assist users in sending files and messages in WhatsApp with fewer steps. The service will only run when you press ‘Send’ and will stop automatically after sending is complete. No personal data is collected or shared.”
The user must agree before enabling the service.
