FINSGO - DC Mobile is a mobile phone application developed by SAI GON BPO Co., Ltd. to assist staff in collecting consumer loan documents (Document Collector - DC) of Finance Company to manage their work, Capture and send profile pictures to SAI GON BPO's input system quickly, conveniently and efficiently via Internet connection.

FINSGO - DC Mobile includes the following main functions:

- Receive information from customers who need to collect loan documents
- Make phone calls and schedule appointments with customers
- Directions to the customer's location
- Take a picture of the loan application and send it to the input system
- Track the status of your application after submitting it to the system
- Supplementing information/documents in case the loan application is incorrect or missing information/documents
- Receive notifications about loan application status, notifications from management and from the system
- Record the time, working position of staff to collect loan documents
