The author has described the rule of abstaining from prayers here. He has proved with evidence that the one who abandons the prayer is a disbeliever who goes beyond the bounds of religion due to disbelief. Then he described the rules and regulations related to him in the world because he is a disbeliever who neglects the prayers. He also stated the consequences in the Hereafter.
