With SA-MP RCON you can control your SA-MP server

Here are some of the things you can do:
Shut down the server.
Change the text of the hostname
Change the text of the game mode
Change the text of the map name
Kick the player with the given ID
Ban player with given ID
Show a message to game chat players
Ban the given IP
Unban the given IP
Change gravity (example: rcon gravity 0.008).
Change the weather (example: rcon weather 1).
Change the rcon password
Set / reset server password
