Please note that some features of the app are available on Gear 360-related PC software (Gear 360 ActionDirector, program name on Mac: Gear 360).
You can download Gear 360-related Software until February 28, 2024, and you may continue to use previously downloaded Software after the date specified above, but please note that update support (i.e. bug fixes, third-party interoperability changes, or provision of features) will be discontinued and new services).

This is a solution to access camera photos and videos on sam Gear 360 (2017 release) camera.

Since the official sam app does not work on Android 11, this solution is a workaround to continue using the Gear 360 with your Android mobile phone.

This app requires:
1. To install an http server on the camera
2. To run the camera in Street View (OSC)

The http server on the camera will serve the files on OSC (street view mode) and the android app will access files and copy them to the phone.

This application also integrates images and videos in photosphere format (360 panorama) at user request (STITCH function)
After the compilation process, metadata is also injected to identify files in the form of 360-degree panoramas in jpg and mp4 files.

All photos and videos copied from the camera are copied and saved to the Gear360 folder of the phone's external storage. If stitching function is used, stitched files are also saved in the same folder.

Stitching the video takes a long time.
