In 1962, our founder and family grandmother started to trade by Ahmet UZUN in Anatolia. Cheeses specific to the region are produced in our dairies in Anatolia and the main products are Urfa cheese, Otlu cheese, Knitting cheese, Anatolian cheese, tulum cheese and classic sheep cheese. After a long period of dairy activity, the wholesale cheese sales service started in Unkapanı food wholesalers site in Istanbul in 1979, and now continues to serve wholesaler of Istanbul dry food wholesalers site RAMİ and Mega Center Bayrampaşa.

In addition, starting from 1984, Şirinevler started to retail retail market and after that, Şirinevler, Bahçelievler continues to offer boutique delicatessen service to its valuable customers with its distinguished product range in Bakırköy and unique regional flavors.
