Reduce operating costs and improve customer service with the Sanderson Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) app. Sanderson ePOD handles the entire delivery process, starting with the vehicle walk-around checks, vehicle loading, delivery schedule, mapping and navigation, and the actual delivery process, including, carrier checking/delivery/collection, (optionally) product scanning, discrepancy handling, signature capture and payment collection. Additional functions include expense recording, banking, customer/site surveys and complaints recording. The system is supported by a comprehensive management portal which will give full visibility of the delivery fleet, including tracking, speed, delivery activity, signed PODs and which contains a useful portfolio of reports and enquiry functions.
Sanderson ePOD will work with any back-office system and is available on a pay-as-you-go basis (SaaS).
