As a Sankofa Healing and Enrichment patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Includes an integration with Innotech, Fitbit and other connected health devices. Communicate with Sankofa Healing and Enrichment in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The app is designed specifically for Sankofa Healing and Enrichment patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your Android Devices. Sankofa Healing and Enrichment uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
