Manage your policy portfolio: You can view all your active and non-active policies, highlighting those that have been surrendered, matured or paid up. Also, your missed and paid premium installments and amounts are visible. Your maturity dates and all details concerning your policy can be accessed on the go.
You can also download documents associated with your policies such as your policy documents and premium statements directly from the app.

Premium Payment: Do not be late on your premium payments. You can make your payments easily on the Sanlam App, and set up recurring payments on your card.

Make Claims: Want to make a claim on a matured policy? You can initiate the request from the app and our team will review your request.

Track Claims: You can now track the status of your claims from within the Sanlam app.

Submit Helpdesk Requests: Submit your requests from the app and a member of our customer service team would reach out to you.
