2. Intervention reports: Technicians can compile work reports directly from the app, eliminating the need for pen and paper, sharing them directly with customers.
3. Reporting: the app allows technicians to indicate the hours worked and travel times to reach the customer's premises.
4. Task synchronization: All tasks and schedules can be synchronized with a single click on your mobile device to facilitate time management.
5. Sending summary: The app sends a summary of the interventions completed and the hours worked to the Overmach Spa systems in order to allow reporting and invoicing to the customer.
